We've received the latest market information and it's good stuff! The absorption rates (a comparison of the number of homes on the market to the number of homes sold) shows that for homes on under one acre in Bend there is little inventory. This means that homes that are priced right are selling quickly. Once we look at homes on OVER one acre of land, they aren't moving quite as fast, but certainly faster by far than they were a year ago.
Also, our latest median sales price data for homes on under one acre in Bend shows prices back to nearly the 2008 level. This is great news!
